<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Primary Purpose:

-  Supports the development and implementation of new systems within Customer Operations
-  Advances and delivers technology projects to the users

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-  Collaborates with all groups within the Customer Operations department to provide high quality customer experience, support the commercial and operating strategies, and gain competitive advantage through technology-led proactive customer engagement, and efficient terminal, equipment, and specialized services.

Principal Duties:

-  Gathers requirements, researches solutions, streamlines processes, and performs project work in support of business strategic objectives
-  Effectively executes short-term and long-term system and technology goals

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-  Collaborates with IT and business partners throughout the development, testing and implementation of new and existing systems and technology
-  Collaborates with business partners to ensure new and existing systems and technology meet business needs
-  Acts as liaison between Customer Operations, IT department, and stakeholders and is able to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
-  Performs/coordinates user acceptance testing and quality assurance for new systems and technology and enhancements and bug fixes (currently agreement, management or contractor doing user testing)
-  Works with customer service to conduct beta testing of our new systems and technology and enhancements
-  Proactively seeks system and technology enhancements during development and implementation
-  Supports systems, technology, and hardware solutions for Customer Operations
-  Determines priorities within multiple IT projects

Job Related Experience:

-  Preferred Level:  1-3 years

Education:

-  Preferred Level:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics

Technical Skills:

-  Expert Knowledge of Customer Operations and Transportation Operations systems, processes, and technology
-  Knowledge of IT Department processes and capabilities
