Job Description

Primary Purpose:
Guided by relentless focus on accuracy, quality and timeliness, the IT Data Analyst provides support to the IT Shared Service Team and IT Leadership for the following functions:  


Principal Duties: 
• Support IT Manager and Segment Financial Analysts with departmental financial reporting
• Establish and maintain internal relationships within IT, interfacing departments, and vendors 
• Support end-to-end procurement activities including shopping cart creation, invoice processing, and invoice approvals through SAP
• Coordinate and process training on behalf of the department using company purchase card
• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating departmental training courses, seminars, and conferences
• Provide support on IT HR related activities including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and contractor position reporting
• Maintain and report on temp staffing new hires, releases, and reporting changes
• Produce and publish temp staffing documents required for contractors to maintain H-1B status
• Serve as IT department point contact for temp staffing questions and address contractor data questions from outside the department
• Produce and publish timely resource reports required for month-end activities
• Serve as backup to MSP team to assist with SAP Fieldglass timesheet submissions and approvals
• Create and document processes and procedures to support IT Shared Services and other areas of the department
• Manage and maintain administrative tasks on behalf of the department

Job Related Experience

• 1-3 years of Accounting, Finance, and/or Administrative work experience


• Preferred Level: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, BS)
• Preferred Majors:
- Accounting
- Business – Business Administration and Management
- Finance


Licenses / Certifications:
Required: None 
Preferred: None


Technical Skills:
• Intermediate to expert level for Microsoft office applications, specifically excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with SAP applications for accounts payable, supplier relationship management (SRM)
• Experience with SAP Fieldglass is a bonus
