Digital Experience Specialist

Primary Principal Duties:


Identifies areas of opportunity to enhance the employee experience and translates those opportunities into actionable initiatives.


Conduct general data analysis, data mining, and data manipulation to understand company needs, devise possible solutions, and communicate results and ideas to key decision-makers.


Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to translate their knowledge into an effective employee experience for others.


Principal Duties:


  • Support a company-wide strategy to promote inclusion and identify gaps in the employee experience
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to translate their knowledge into an effective employee experience for others
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create strategic and tactical plans, and regularly communicate project update and status to required parties
  • Develop Human Resources communications to promote transparency and create maximum visibility for employee benefits and opportunities
  • Support innovative and modern design and execution of the user experience for SAP applications and other key business processes
  • Manage and prioritizing support tickets, requests, projects, and enhancements with SAP products and other technology
  • Design test scripts and facilitate discussions and testing sessions on technical implementation and process changes while documenting feedback
  • Author communication and training materials in support of HR processes and stakeholders
  • Provide editorial and content management for internal communications and campaigns
  • Advise on best practices for content management on internal department portals
  • Recommend project priorities and enhancements for SuccessFactors platform based on feedback and stakeholder needs
  • Execute strategy to package data-driven insights for consultative use by internal Human Resources and external department stakeholders
  • Provide support for ongoing workspace-enhancement projects to corporate and field employees
  • Design and prototyping (e.g. SAP Build, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketch and/or Axure)
  • Embody strong design leadership and management with excellent influencing skills
  • Translate business goals into appropriate strategic and tactical approaches while assessing feasibility and optimization of a solution 



Job Related Experience:

  • Minimum Level: 1-2 years
  • Preferred Level: 3-6 years
