Manager Digital Experience

Primary Purpose:

Identifies and implements technologies and digital tools to enhance and support the employee experience.

 

Principal Duties:

•            Serves as frontline project lead for implementation of key employee-experience technology projects.

•            Monitors and coordinates the interfacing of different employee-experience technology projects to ensure consistency with the overarching digital experience strategy.

•            Identifies opportunities to optimize existing technology platforms through collaboration with HR business owners and other stakeholders.

•            Evaluates and implements semi-annual SuccessFactors service packs.

•            Develops and oversees organizational change management for new technology implementation.

 

Job Related Experience:

 

Minimum Level: 3 years

Preferred Level: 4-7 years

 

Education:

Preferred Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Majors:

  • Business – Business Administration and Management
  • Business – Human Resource Development
  • Business – Personnel Management

 

Licenses/Certifications:

Required: None listed

Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
