Primary Purpose:
Manages the development, administration, and implementation of various facets of the corporate ethics and compliance program.

Principal Duties:

  • Oversees the investigation of hotline allegations and other allegations of fraudulent activity, conflicts of interest and similar actions.
  • Communicates investigation efforts and results to management.
  • Responsible for the effective management of the Corporation's ethics and compliance awareness activities.
  • Evaluates content and compliance with all aspects of the Thoroughbred Code of Ethics, including adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Has oversight responsibility for data analysis activities to detect fraud.
  • Provides consulting to management based on specialized knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Oversees the review and update of Corporate Policies and Procedures
  • Develops technical skills and investigation capabilities of the staff.

    Job Related Experience:
       Minimum Level:  6-10 years
       Preferred Level:  11-15 years

    Education:
       Preferred Level:  Bachelor's Degree (BS, BBA, BA)
       Preferred Majors:  None listed

    Licenses / Certifications:
