Job Description

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for managing and supervising all maintenance, renovation,and repair activities in assigned facilities.   Provides system-wide consulting for maintenance and repair best-practices. Provides direct support to the planning and

execution of energy efficiency projects (HVAC, Lighting, Compressed Air, etc.). Performs project management to include planning, justification, budgeting and execution.

Principal Duties:
 - Supervises Assistant Building Superintendent and provides support to day-to-day facility operations.
 - Gathers and analyzes data and plans, and assists in design of renovation and repair projects for primary and additional facilities, and manages projects through to completion.
 - Forecasts major facility replacement requirements, and prepares budget recommendations for capital and operating budgets to maintain facilities in safe and sustainable operating condition.
 - Responsible for tracking and analysis of safety and energy consumption of primary and additional facilities.,
 - Provides management and supervision as required for regional responsibilities and special projects, including  maintenance activities at corporate data centers, designated division headquarters facilities, and record storage facilities

Job Related Experience:
   Preferred Level:     5-10 years

Education:
   Preferred Level:  Bachelor's Degree (BS)
   Preferred Majors:
      - Engineering
      - Engineering - Architectural Engineering
      - Architecture and Environmental Design

Licenses / Certifications:
   Preferred:    Professional Engineer; Certified Energy Manager,
Certified Project Manager
