Manager Learning & Development

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise learning strategy that supports the company's cultural transformation and drives business objectives.

 

Principal Duties:

  • Partners with internal stakeholders to identify skills and competencies needed to achieve business goals and articulates actionable strategies to develop them.
  • Develops and oversees the delivery of learning solutions that build individual and organizational capability and drive engagement to enable a talent-rich and high-performance organization.
  • Researches and applies learning-theory models, benchmarks best practices and trends, and maintains knowledge of cutting-edge design approaches to deliver sustainable learning solutions that drive impact.
  • Leads efforts to assess and improve the effectiveness of managers and individual contributors.
  • Develops and oversees the execution of programs to capture, measure, and track employee performance.
  • Leads early talent programs and ensures alignment to business priorities.
  • Oversees the effective delivery of all learning and development programs and ensures training content is always up-to-date and relevant.
  • Uses data-driven tools to measure the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Creates overarching annual calendar to promote all learning offerings.
  • Responsible for the branding, marketing, and communication plan for all learning offerings.
  • Leverages the Learning Management System and other learning platforms as a vehicle to provide targeted learning paths based on identified need.
  • Fosters relationships and develops a team of L&D professionals.

 

 

 

Job Related Experience:

Minimum Level: 5-7 years

Preferred Level: 7-10 years

 

 

 

Education:

Preferred Level:  Bachelor's Degree (Any)
