Primary Purpose:
The Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting Operations business decision-making through analysis of historical and forward-looking financial performance and trends. In-depth analysis will include, but is not limited to, compensation and benefits, materials usage, and purchased services. Emphasis will be placed connecting cost structure outcomes to overall profitability and service outcomes.
Principal Duties:
• Analyze departmental and company operating budgets and forecasts.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models for management.
• Support the Operations team by conducting in-depth analysis of productivity and strategic initiatives to determine the overall impact to the income statement.
• Responsible for clear and concise communications between business partners and FP&A management
• Understand basic accounting principles.
Job Related Experience:
Minimum Level: 1-3 years
Preferred Level: 3-5 years
Education:
Required Level: Bachelor’s degree
