Job Description

Primary Purpose:
Supervises the administration, development and annual growth of various revenue-producing programs and the coordination of environmental audits, demolitions and land maintenance throughout the system on non-operating properties owned by the Corporation.

Coordinates travel and responsibilities for all team members and acts as a service provider to internal and external customers.

Principal Duties:
- Supervises the Corporation's signboard, fiber optic, telecommunications tower and farm programs, including the identification, recommendation, and monitoring of qualified contractors, vendors and business partners.
- Supervises programs for environmental audits, demolitions and land maintenance, including the identification, recommendation and monitoring of qualified contractors, vendors and business partners.
- Develops and coordinates changes to enhance revenue-producing programs and minimize maintenance expenses and code violations for non-operating properties owned by the Corporation.
- Responsible for the development and training of all team members.

Job Related Experience:
Preferred Level: 3-5 years

Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree
