Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Functional Analyst with expertise in SAP Human Capital Management, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA. Being part of the SAP HCM team, you will be working on the implementation of various systems on some of the latest SAP cloud technologies and be part of the team that pioneers in SAP HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure basic HCM modules, such as HR Mini Master, CATS, and Organization management.
- Collaborate internally to understand their business requirements and design customized SAP HCM solutions.
- Work on business requirements changes throughout the cycle, including designing FD, Test scripts, working with developers, testing the solution, and communicating with business.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
- Defect resolution and defect analysis related to sap HR and SuccessFactors
- Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, in E-recruitment and LMS.
- SAP POC for Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Payroll, and custom applications related to them.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy internal needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM services, identify gaps, issues and capability to provide work around solutions. Handle SAP Time Mgmt./Payroll modules Handle Time Management issues if any is assigned.
- Design, build and configure applications to meet business processes and Interact internally for solution requirements.
- Assess performance management process in a large organization is an added advantage.
- Develop business documents and to anchor system support activities.
- Apply implementation project experience towards HR technologies, support, process engineering and documentation.
- Partner across teams in building relationships within a global environment, coordinating with teams and knowledge sharing.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related technology field is preferred.
Skills Required
- 3-6 years experience in SAP HCM
- S/4 HANA implementation experience
Skills Preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors SAP SF HCM Suite
- Integration experience between SuccessFactors EC and ECP Point to Point Replication.
- SAP HCM Certified
