Job Description


The Information Technology department seeks an energetic problem solver with proficiency in the suite of Salesforce cloud solutions, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.  This applicant must be highly motivated to meet project deadlines and address technology challenges. A positive attitude with a focus on results, excellent communication skills, proven analytical skills, the ability to work successfully with business partners and effective participation in a team environment are key to this position.  

Education:
4-yr College Degree preferred
Salesforce relevant certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Participate in gathering business requirements for multiple Salesforce projects utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Share and recommend best practice approaches to meet business needs
Document use cases. Understand and analyze details provided in the use cases or task narratives
Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to business, delivery team, and IT teams
Provide and assist with training of business teams utilizing Salesforce
Participate and provide expertise in process design discussions related to complex business requirements 
Work with the technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements 
Work with other IT teams to define integration requirements, when necessary
Lead user acceptance test planning and execution, including test case and expected outcome documentation
Validate solutions and perform QA to ensure requirements are met


Skills:


Required: 
5+ years’ experience as Salesforce Business Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities and limitations, and ability to clearly communicate those to business partners
Experience with salesforce.com configuration
Experience with salesforce.com custom development
Experience with salesforce security management capabilities
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects 
Ability to summarize and present complex topics to non-technical audiences
Familiar with business analysis techniques and methodologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of initiative and attention to detail 
Experience sustaining Salesforce governance, best practices and center of excellence
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce Lightning


Preferred: 
Experience leading sales and marketing transformation projects
