Primary Purpose:

Performs accounting, reporting and reconciliation of corporate accounting data and activities.


Principal Duties:

  • Prepares bank reconciliations for certain large accounts & reviews bank reconciliations of other accounts.
  • Coordinates multi-departmental escheatment processes to report and remit unclaimed property.
  • Responsible for accounting, reporting, and reconciliation of the prepaid asset account, as well as the reasonableness of the related monthly expense. Required to work closely with other groups, including IT and Accounts Payable, to ensure accounts are properly reflected.
  • Performs subsidiary company reporting and equity accounting.
  • Develops routine and non-routine journal entries.
  • Participates in the monthly closing process and provides monthly reports to support the financial statements.
  • Assists with reporting related to new debt agreements, and long-term and short-term investment portfolios.
  • Responds to audit requests from internal and external auditors.
  • Assists with development, analysis, and interpretation of data. 



Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree (BBA)
