Job Description

Primary Purpose:
Supports leadership in quality of selection, installation and performance of hardware and software associated with Local Area Networks (LANs) and their related resources.

Principal Duties:

  • Tests, Deploys, and Maintains Group Policies across endpoints.
  • Works with business partners on application deployment Testing and Strategy
  • Ongoing support of Intune and Autopilot environment to insure stability of internal applications
  • Monitors and maintains enrollment of Comanaged devices
  • Works with Security to address Vulnerability Management
  • Supports field and Atlanta office technology deployment
  • Contributes to the timely production of meaningful, effective, accurate and efficient computer systems to meet the overall informational needs of the corporation.
  • Prepares system documentation and maintains security in accordance with department standards.

Job Related Experience:

Minimum Level:  4-6 years

A bachelor's degree in a related field can be substituted for four years of experience.

Education:

   Preferred Level:  Bachelor's Degree (BS)

   Preferred Majors: Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency utilizing SCCM for software delivery and windows updates.
  • Experience with ServiceNOW for ticket/change management and future automation.  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Azure AD
  • Intune configuration and deployment experience.
  • Asset lifecycle management
  • Power Shell
  • Ability to make timely, effective decisions and demonstrate a positive track record of driving change through business re-engineering efforts
  • Knowledge and experience with the full IT lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work effectively with clients using strong customer relationship skills and innovative thinking 
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings in writing and verbally

Work Conditions

Environment: Hybrid

Travel Required: 2-5 Days per Month
