As an Intern within our Information Technology Department, you will have the opportunity to be involved with a variety of enterprise applications, web applications and field operations to help support and facilitate train operations. You will also be working on enhancing unique and exciting systems that support business operations including train management and control systems, geographic information systems and maps, complex event management, customer support systems and may include support, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain collaboration technology within conference rooms that enable hybrid work environment.
- Respond and troubleshoot user reported issues within collaboration environment.
- Replace defective equipment such as cameras, microphones, displays.
- Assist with live event production events for corporate and department functions.
- Assist with the development of monitoring solutions for conference room technology.

- Articulate technical and business elements of the job function.
- Strong communication skills both verbally & written.
- Have the aptitude to learn new skills, interact with and engage with peers, management, and business partners.

- Experience with Microsoft Teams and associated Teams room platform.
