The Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting using creative, forward thinking, and innovative sourcing methods, to include technology and predictive analytics. The chosen candidate will lead and develop a team of high functioning professionals and play a key leadership role in creating a best in class talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate possess considerable skill in selection techniques as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.


Essential Functions
1.    Partners with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team’s key strategic partners to determine staffing needs.
2.    Tracks recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs).  
3.    Completes and distributes high quality weekly and monthly staffing reports.
4.    Builds a network with other employers and employees and remains up-to-date on current trends in talent acquisition and HR.  
5.    Serves as an expert for recruiting both internal and external candidates 
6.    Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
7.    Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
8.    Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
9.    Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
10.    Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
11.    Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
12.    Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
13.    Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
14.    Manage recruitment databases.

Education & Experience

Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Master’s Degree
Preferred Majors: Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources related, Business, Math, Analytics, Statistics, other.


Preferred Experience:
1.    At least four years of prior recruiting experience.
2.    Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop people.
3.    Proven innovator with analytical and technical aptitude.
