Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Process timely and accurate freight and accessorials bills for Crown Companies customers.  Compile spreadsheet bills as requested by customers.  Process other miscellaneous billing.  Pre-notify customers for accessorials.  Help monitor/set-up new customers in TMS & BPA.   Monitors customers account activity & performs collections as necessary.  Handle various issues/projects as assigned by the Manager of Revenue Accounting.  Issue and monitor customer's credit


Principal Duties:

  • Process freight and accessorial bills.
  • Compile spreadsheets.
  • Pre-notify customer for accessorials.
  • Work with customers and internal Crown employees on billing and operational disputes. 
  • Evaluate, issue & monitor customer credit.
  • Monthly & daily reporting on customer accounts.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during all scheduled/assigned times.


Job Related Experience:

   Minimum Level: 1-2 years

   Preferred Level:  3-5 years



   Minimum Level:  High School or GED

   Preferred Level:  Bachelor’s Degree (BS)
